Emma Neal is the Director of Evidenced Education Ltd and a nationally respected consultant in Early Years and Primary education. With nearly three decades of experience in senior leadership, headship, and inclusion, she specialises in evidence-informed practice and sustainable school improvement - working nationally with schools, Multi-Academy Trusts, nurseries, and local authorities to strengthen leadership, curriculum design, pedagogy, assessment, and inclusive practice from birth to the end of Key Stage 1.
